Case Studies
Real clients, real systems, and what happened next. Each one records the problem, what I built, and where it stands today.
Troubleshot: from a one-week audit to a live, founder-owned platform
A lab prototype that captured plant-floor radio calls, held together on one local network. A one-week audit set the plan; I rebuilt it into a live platform for maintenance teams, moved the radio capture to the cloud, and handed it over to the founder’s own account in four months.
BedAlly: a senior-care placement platform, launch-ready in about three months
A Phoenix startup with the market insight and relationships but no software. I built five connected apps for families, the placement team, and facilities, and helped build the 30-facility network and local marketing to go to market. Shelved by the client before launch over regulatory risk, and shut down cleanly.
FHK Insurance: GAM, a General Agency Management platform
GBS was acquired by AgentBLOC and sunset, leaving FHK without a platform. In six months I built GAM, a custom C# / .NET platform on SQL Server, around FHK’s own workflows, reporting, and agents. Live since September 2019, it runs billing and operations for dozens of agents.
